As an all-cloud service and consulting provider for midsize and large enterprises, we speak cloud fluently: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS – you name it.\nWe are currently expanding our project team and looking for several experienced Lead QA Managers (Senior) – SAP Test Management to support an international enterprise project for a leading client.\nThe role combines end-to-end Test Management, QA governance and project coordination within a complex enterprise IT and SAP environment.\nYou will take ownership of the overall testing approach, coordinate multiple testing activities and stakeholders, and use SAP Solution Manager as a core tool for test planning, execution, traceability and defect management.\nYour Responsibilities\nDefine and own the overall test strategy, methodology and test approach\n\nDefine and coordinate end-to-end test planning and execution\n\nDetermine appropriate test levels, test types and testing methodologies based on project scope and risks\n\nManage test sessions, resources, systems and test environments\n\nDefine and oversee test specifications and test cases\n\nOwn and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)\n\nDefine and monitor test entry and exit criteria, quality gates and readiness criteria\n\nLead Test Coordinators and support testing teams throughout execution\n\nManage the complete defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, resolution and verification\n\nMonitor testing progress, blockers, risks and dependencies\n\nProvide regular status reporting to project management and senior stakeholders\n\nPrepare and review Test Summary Reports, RTM and Validation Reports\n\nEnsure complete, consistent and audit-ready test documentation\n\nDrive QA governance and continuous improvement of Test Management processes\n\nCoordinate testing across multiple systems, teams and workstreams\n\nSupport PMO activities including status tracking, actions, risks, issues and dependencies\n\nOwn the use of SAP Solution Manager for test planning, execution, requirements traceability and defect management\n\nWork closely with project managers, business stakeholders, SAP teams and other technical teams\n\nYour Profile\nSeveral years of experience in Test Management, QA Management or Software Test Leadership\n\nProven experience taking ownership of end-to-end testing activities\n\nStrong practical knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, particularly its Test Management capabilities\n\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test strategies and QA best practices\n\nExperience defining testing approaches across functional, integration, system, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing\n\nExperience adapting testing methodologies to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project environments\n\nStrong understanding of risk-based testing, requirements-based testing and test prioritisation\n\nExperience defining and monitoring test entry/exit criteria and quality gates\n\nStrong experience with defect management and requirements traceability\n\nExperience coordinating multiple test streams, teams or Test Coordinators\n\nExperience working within complex enterprise IT and SAP landscapes\n\nStrong stakeholder management and reporting skills\n\nAbility to identify testing risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution\n\nStructured, independent and quality-focused working style\n\nVery good English skills – B2+/C1\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in complex SAP transformation or migration programmes\n\nSAP S/4HANA project experience\n\nExperience in large-scale international enterprise environments\n\nExperience in regulated or quality-critical IT environments\n\nISTQB Advanced / Test Manager or another relevant certification\n\nPrevious experience leading distributed or international testing teams\n\nWhat We Offer\nThe Project & Work Model\nOwnership of QA and Test Management within an international enterprise IT project\n\nCollaboration with experienced consultants, project managers and technical teams\n\n100% remote work\n\nFull-time cooperation: 40 hours/week\n\nLong-term project engagement\n\nBenefits & Development\nB2B or employment contract \n\nIndustry leading healthcare and comprehensive medical coverage (Luxmed) \n\nMultiSport card\n\nOpportunities to enhance your qualifications (MS certifications, Udemy courses, etc.) \n\nCustomizable 1-on-1 English or German lessons \n\nModern computer equipment \n\nOpportunities to network and connect (get-togethers, team-building events) \n\nEmployee referral programme \n\nFlexible working schedule \n\nWork Model\n100% remote within Poland\nReady to take ownership of QA and Test Management in a complex SAP and enterprise IT environment?\nSounds like a fit?
