several experienced Lead QA Managers Senior to take ownership of software testing activities within an international enterprise project for a leading client.\nThe role combines end-to-end Test Management, QA governance and project coordination across complex enterprise software platforms and IT environments.\nYou will be responsible for defining the testing approach, coordinating multiple test streams and ensuring that testing activities are delivered in a structured, transparent and quality-focused way.\nYour Responsibilities\nDefine and own the overall software test strategy, methodology, approach and test planning\n\nPlan and coordinate end-to-end test execution across multiple systems and project workstreams\n\nDefine appropriate test levels, test types and testing approaches based on project scope, risks and business requirements\n\nManage test resources, test sessions, systems and test environments\n\nDefine and oversee the preparation of test specifications and test cases\n\nOwn and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)\n\nDefine and monitor test entry and exit criteria, quality gates and readiness criteria\n\nLead Test Coordinators and support testing teams throughout test execution\n\nManage the complete defect lifecycle from identification and prioritisation through resolution and verification\n\nEnsure effective defect triage and escalation processes\n\nMonitor test progress, risks, dependencies, blockers and quality indicators\n\nProvide regular test status reporting to project management and senior stakeholders\n\nPrepare and review Test Summary Reports, RTM and Validation Reports\n\nEnsure complete, consistent and audit-ready test documentation\n\nDrive QA governance and continuous improvement of testing processes\n\nSupport PMO activities including status tracking, actions, risks, issues and dependencies\n\nCoordinate testing across multiple software platforms, systems, vendors and project workstreams\n\nManage cross-functional dependencies and escalate test-related risks where necessary\n\nCooperate closely with project managers, business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners\n\nYour Profile\nSeveral years (5+) of experience in Test Management, QA Management or Software Test Leadership\n\nProven experience owning end-to-end software testing activities\n\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test strategies and QA best practices\n\nProven experience defining testing approaches across functional, integration, system, regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing\n\nExperience selecting and adapting testing methodologies to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project environments\n\nStrong understanding of risk-based testing, requirements-based testing and test prioritisation\n\nAbility to define and tailor the overall testing methodology and QA governance model based on project complexity, risk and business requirements\n\nStrong experience in test strategy, test planning, execution and governance\n\nExperience coordinating multiple testing streams, teams or Test Coordinators\n\nStrong knowledge of defect management and requirements traceability\n\nExperience defining and monitoring quality gates, test entry and exit criteria\n\nExperience working within complex enterprise software and IT system landscapes\n\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience reporting to senior project and business stakeholders\n\nAbility to identify risks, dependencies and testing bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution\n\nStructured, independent and quality-focused working style\n\nEnglish at B2+/C1 level\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with major enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow or comparable systems\n\nExperience in large-scale IT transformation, migration or carve-out programmes\n\nExperience in regulated or quality-critical IT environments\n\nExperience with Test Management / ALM tools such as Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar\n\nISTQB Advanced, Test Manager or another relevant testing certification\n\nPrevious experience leading
