We’re not just People Team, we’re culture shapers, problem solvers, strategy supporters, and people-first builders.\nWhat You'll do:\nStrategic HR Partnership\nServe as the primary HRBP for:\nCustomer Success & Onboarding\n\nPartner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies.\nLead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high-performing teams.\n\nTeam Member Relations and Culture\nManage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.\nSupport development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.\nPartner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.\nRegional Employments and Contractor Compliance\nAssist with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims.\nHelp implement policy updates and guide managers on compliance requirements\nWork closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team member and contractor lifecycle.\nPeople Operations & HR Systems\nPartner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes.\nMaintain accurate and confidential team member data in Workday.\nSupport compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.\nPartner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues.\nGlobal HRBP Collaboration\nWork with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.\nSupport global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.\nStrengthen cross-regional People processes and communication.\nWhat Sets You Up for Success:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.\n3-4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.\nCertification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.\nExperience supporting CS & Onboarding organizations.\nProven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel.\nExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.\nStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity.\nStrong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.\nWorkday experience is a strong plus.\nCompensation: Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $80 000 - $110 000 USD (the salary is only for US-based candidates).\nWork Authorization: Please note that applicants must be currently authorized to work in the location where the position is located without requiring visa sponsorship.
