The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing Salesforce applications, supporting Cloudbyz products built on Salesforce, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.\n\nResponsibilities; \nConfigure and customise Salesforce applications using declarative tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Permission Sets.\nSupport implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Cloudbyz applications built on the Salesforce platform.\nGather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.\nCreate and manage custom objects, fields, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.\nEnsure system integrity, data quality, governance, and user access management.\nPerform system testing, configuration validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nTroubleshoot issues, resolve support tickets, and provide end-user assistance.\nCollaborate closely with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nMaintain functional documentation, configuration guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.\nParticipate in Salesforce release management, deployments, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nStay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.\nStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and platform capabilities.\nExperience in business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.\nExperience working within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
