ในการปรับปรุงโฆษณา (Optimize) บนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ เช่น Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok ฯลฯ เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (CPA, CTR, ROAS)\n Strategy & Planning: ร่วมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ Performance Marketing กับทีม รวมถึงการจัดสรรงบประมาณ (Budget Allocation) ในแต่ละช่องทาง\nData Analysis & Reporting: ติดตามผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก Dashboard/Analytics Tools และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาแคมเปญต่อไป\nคุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing หรือ Media Buying อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี\nมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเรื่อง Ads Platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok ฯลฯ) และเครื่องมือวัดผล (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager)\nมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานร่วมกับ Agency หรือเคยอยู่ฝั่ง Agency
