In this pivotal role, you will lead and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong people culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with Cloudelligent’s values and growth objectives.\nResponsibilities\nManage and optimize the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training & development, and offboarding.\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Cloudelligent’s culture and goals.\nProvide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.\nAdminister employee benefit programs, including health plans and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, changes, and communication.\nOwn the performance management process to drive a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.\nDevelop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.\nLeverage HR data and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.\nStay current on best practices and legal regulations in HR and proactively implement improvements.\n RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
