You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, supply chain partners, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience in AI infrastructure, GPU server deployments, HPC environments, or data center infrastructure integration. You should be comfortable reviewing technical deployment plans, identifying delivery risks, and driving issue resolution without necessarily performing low-level GPU cluster tuning or hands-on infrastructure commissioning yourself.\nBased in Singapore, you will spend approximately 50% of your working time traveling to or working onsite at customer locations in North America. The remaining time will primarily be spent in Singapore, with occasional travel to other APAC locations as required.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. End-to-End Project DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure, GPU cluster, server deployment, and data center infrastructure projects across North America.\n\nDevelop project plans, define milestones, track progress, and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate deployment activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, supply chain, and external service providers to ensure timely and successful project completion.\n\nDrive project execution from planning and site readiness through deployment, testing, acceptance, and final handover.\n\n2. Customer Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary project interface for North American customers, coordinating project requirements, technical discussions, progress updates, and delivery expectations.\n\nManage customer communications and stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing delivery risks, escalations, and project changes.\n\nBuild strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for infrastructure expansion, additional deployments, and follow-on projects.\n\nWork closely with sales and business development teams to support customer engagements and project planning.\n\n3. Technical Planning & Solution ReviewReview and validate infrastructure deployment plans to ensure technical feasibility, compliance with project requirements, and alignment with applicable NVIDIA reference architectures and customer specifications.\n\nReview rack layout designs, including rack configuration, power distribution, thermal considerations, load capacity, and serviceability requirements.\n\nReview network topology designs covering compute, storage, management, and out-of-band management networks.\n\nReview point-to-point (P2P) cabling plans, port mapping, fiber and copper connections, and AOC/MPO connectivity, including CUID-level documentation where applicable.\n\nIdentify technical and implementation risks, coordinate design clarifications with engineering teams, and ensure that approved designs are properly translated into onsite deployment activities.\n\n4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Issue ResolutionCoordinate internal engineering teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and onsite service teams to align resources, schedules, and delivery priorities.\n\nResolve project execution issues involving equipment availability, shipment delays, site readiness, installation schedules, technical dependencies, and vendor coordination.\n\nEstablish clear action plans, owners, and deadlines for critical issues, ensuring timely escalation and closure.\n\nMonitor project readiness and proactively develop contingency plans to minimize delivery disruption.\n\n5. Quality Assurance, Testing & AcceptanceOversee deployment progress, installation quality, testing activities, and customer acceptance processes.\n\nReview technical documentation, test results, commissioning records, and delivery reports to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable industry standards.\n\nTrack defects, non-conformities, and outstanding issues through resolution and formal closure.\n\nEnsure complete project documentation, handover records, and lessons learned are captured for future deployments.\n\n6. Pre-Sales & Project Cost SupportSupport pre-sales activities by clarifying technical requirements, reviewing deployment approaches, and providing project execution input.\n\nCollaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams on project costing, resource planning, delivery estimates, and quotation preparation.\n\nContribute to project reviews, delivery process improvements, and standardized deployment methodologies.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in technical project management, infrastructure deployment, or technical delivery within AI infrastructure, data centers, HPC, GPU computing, or enterprise server environments.\n\nSolid understanding of GPU servers, high-performance computing infrastructure, high-speed networking, and data center deployment workflows.\n\nAbility to independently develop or technically review rack layouts, network topology designs, and P2P cabling plans, and to identify implementation risks and delivery gaps.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple teams, vendors, schedules, and customer stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project execution skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.\n\nProfessional English proficiency, with the ability to lead project meetings, communicate technical requirements, and manage customer relationships independently.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel to North America frequently, including extended onsite assignments, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 50%.\n\nAbility to work effectively across time zones and multicultural environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering large-scale GPU clusters, AI computing infrastructure, HPC systems, or data center infrastructure projects.\n\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure architectures, including relevant rack integration, high-speed networking, and deployment standards.\n\nPrevious experience supporting major enterprise, hyperscale, cloud, colocation, or system integration customers.\n\nExperience delivering projects in North America or working with international customers and distributed engineering teams.\n\nPMP certification or other recognized project management qualifications.\n\nExperience supporting technical pre-sales, project estimation, delivery planning, and customer acceptance.\n\nWhat We Offer\nThe opportunity to lead large-scale AI infrastructure and data center deployment projects for international customers.\n\nExposure to advanced GPU computing infrastructure and complex, cross-border technical delivery environments.\n\nA regional role based in Singapore with significant international project exposure.\n\nOpportunities to collaborate with experienced engineering teams and contribute to the delivery of next-generation AI infrastructure.\n\nImportant: This position is a technical project management and delivery leadership role.
