If you are motivated by the opportunity to drive payroll excellence through technology, problem-solving, and critical thinking, we want you on our team.\nJob Description:\nAs a Payroll Analyst at Cloudera, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls and year-end reporting for the APAC region. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with SOX and internal policies, as well as local tax regulations and other payroll-related laws.\nAs a Payroll Analyst you will:\nReviewing payroll output reports for approval and compliance with company policies.\nCollaborating with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to close out the monthly payroll process promptly.\nIssuing payroll payments to employees and statutory authorities within specified deadlines.\nPreparing payroll-related accounting and accrual entries for input to the finance system.\nCompleting monthly payroll accounting balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis and responding to accounting queries.\nProviding knowledgeable advice to employee and stakeholder queries.\nPreparing ad-hoc reports for the business as requested.\nWorking with internal and external audit teams to resolve auditor requests.\nAssisting with various payroll projects aimed at continuous improvement.\nWe are excited if you have (Required Experience):\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced multi-country payroll environment.\nBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Workspace.\nExperience with NetSuite, Payslip and Workday is a plus.\nPrevious experience partnering with an external payroll service provider is preferred.\nProactive nature with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.\nHigh degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nKnowledge of payroll accounting principles.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nExceptional attention
