The EMEA Field Operations Team is a high-visibility, high-impact function, acting as strategic advisors to the SVP of EMEA Sales and the regional leadership team. We drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the region, optimizing coverage and quota models in line with finance and revenue budgets. We manage the operational rhythm for EMEA Sales -including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal workflow optimization, and QBRs. We are obsessed with data-standardizing, automating, and converting complex data sets into actionable insights that power data-driven decisions.
We are looking for a super analyst and proactive business partner to join the team on an 18 month contract.
This role blends a high level of proactive business partnership with astute data analysis skills. You will manage everything from territory planning, operational excellence, data infrastructure ownership, and financial/operational modelling. You won't just pull data; you will connect the dots between the metrics, performance drivers and strategy, crafting the narrative for leadership.

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will:
GTM Strategy & Territory Optimisation: Lead the regional GTM planning cycle for EMEA, partner in global workstreams to test, launch, and enable our territory/quota planning tool (Anaplan), ensuring clean and integrated data flow into Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau.
Regional Business Partnership: Serve as the trusted operational partner for our sales leadership team. Actively diagnose business health, identify blind spots, and deliver targeted interventions to help sales teams maximize pipeline conversion and exceed revenue targets.
Operational Cadence Management: Own and optimize weekly forecasting, pipeline health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency across reps and sales managers.
Data Storytelling & Executive Insights: Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and data assets. Synthesize complex metrics into crisp, high-impact presentation decks (QBRs, executive reviews) that trigger business action.
Process Improvement & AI Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage data automation and modern AI/LLM tools to streamline daily workflows and deliver proactive insights.
Cross-Functional Alignment:Collaborate daily with broader GTM Ops, Deal Desk, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to align regional execution with company-wide goals.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business partnership role, with a deep understanding of GTM planning and optimisation, enterprise sales cycles, commercial execution, and forecasting models.
The "Super Analyst" Mindset: Innate business curiosity with a proven ability to dig beneath the surface of large, disparate datasets to independently uncover root causes, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities.
Elite Presentation & Narrative Design: Obsessed with building high-impact visual slides (Google Slides or PowerPoint) that convert complex data into crisp, executive-ready stories designed to drive alignment and trigger action.
Technical Skillset:
Proven mastery of advanced data modeling in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required.
Demonstrated success scoping operational requirements, mapping data flows, and collaborating with central BI teams to build and scale automated dashboards and data assets.
Forward-thinking approach to AI integration: Comfortable coming with us on the journey to leverage modern AI tools and LLMs to optimize day-to-day processes, streamline data interpretation, and accelerate analytical workflows.
Strong working proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC), Clari, Tableau, or Anaplan is a distinct advantage.
