high-performance REST APIs and distributed services.\nDevelop and enhance Checkout platforms and Payment Gateway integrations for seamless payment processing.\nCollaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.\nParticipate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.\nEnsure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.\nBuild and support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.\nTroubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve application reliability.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.\n\nRequired Skills :\n5–10 years of backend development experience.\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.\nHands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.\nExperience building RESTful APIs.\nStrong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.\nExperience with Payment Gateway Integration (Stripe, Adyen, Razorpay, Worldpay, PayU, Checkout.com, etc.).\nHands-on experience developing Checkout and Payment Processing workflows.\nUnderstanding of Payment Lifecycle, including Authorization, Capture, Refunds, Settlement, Webhooks, and Transaction Management.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.\nGood understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\nExperience working in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or Product-based organizations.\nExposure to Cloud Platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).\nExperience with Kafka or event-driven architecture.\nKnowledge of OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak, or similar authentication mechanisms.\nExperience with Monitoring & Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).\nPerformance tuning and scalability optimization experience.\n\nPreferred Background
