You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and\ncontribute to continuous improvement in an agile environment.\nYou will help break work into achievable increments, identify dependencies and risks, and remain accountable for\noutcomes while aligning engineering delivery with product priorities and business goals.\nKey Responsibilities & Technical Skills:\nMobile Application Development: Design, architect, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native\nfor both iOS and Android.\nProgramming: Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and React Native.\nEnd-to-End SDLC: Understand and contribute to the complete mobile software development lifecycle, from\nrequirements gathering through production release, including tools, strategies, guidelines, and CI/CD.\nPerformance & Scalability: Optimise applications for speed, scalability, stability, and native-like performance.\nUI/UX Implementation: Work with product managers and designers to translate user experience and design\nrequirements into high-quality mobile interfaces.\nAccessibility: Apply mobile accessibility principles, current patterns, and tools to create reliable and inclusive\nfunctionality.\nIntegrations: Implement APIs and integrate third-party services as required.\nTechnical & Operational Excellence: Continuously improve code and delivery practices, pay attention to detail,\nselect appropriate tools, and support efficient system operation and monitoring.\nBehavioural Skills:\nQuality Mindset: Consider edge cases and aim for high-quality implementation across functional and\nnon-functional requirements.\nCuriosity: Ask thoughtful questions, understand the broader product and business context, and avoid working in\nisolation.\nPassion & Initiative: Share ideas, propose improvements, and help move valuable ideas into the product\nroadmap and delivery.\nKnowledge Sharing: Collaborate with colleagues and mentor or support others where appropriate.\nAgile & Delivery Skills:\nPrioritisation: Prioritise workload in line with business goals and the product roadmap.\nWork Breakdown: Break work into well-sized tasks that support continuous integration and incremental delivery.\nDependency & Risk Management: Identify dependencies and risks and understand their impact on delivery.\nAccountability: Take ownership of commitments and deliverables to help meet goals, targets, and deadlines.\nInterview Expectations:\nThe interview process will assess your experience, technical depth, working practices, and approach to delivering\nsuccessful mobile applications.\nRelevant experience and examples of successful work.\nExperience building a mobile application from a blank project through app-store launch and ongoing support.\nReact Native knowledge, including architecture and development patterns, performance optimisation, and state\nmanagement.\nWays of working, collaboration, and problem-solving approach.\nHow you measure success, including the personal KPIs or outcomes you use to assess your performance.\nEqual Opportunity:\nWe are committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and merit-based workplace.
