Your work will contribute to AI systems used to analyse and monitor construction projects, so accuracy, consistency, safety and reliability are essential.\nThis is a hands-on field role. You will spend most of your working day on active construction sites, walking across large and sometimes uneven areas and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nIf you enjoy practical fieldwork, following clear procedures and being part of a technology-driven construction project, this could be a great fit.\nWhat You'll Do\nOperate 360° cameras and other reality capture equipment to systematically document construction sites.\nFollow detailed technical capture instructions, including required coverage, camera positioning, routes and sequencing.\nWalk extensively across construction sites during capture activities, including uneven terrain and changing site conditions.\nWear and correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nFollow site-specific health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures and instructions.\nCommunicate daily progress and promptly flag site-access issues, hazards or safety concerns to the Project Team.\nReport equipment issues or other factors that could affect the quality or completion of a capture.\nHandle, maintain and transport reality capture equipment responsibly.\nAdapt to different construction environments and client-specific site requirements.\nComplete required capture records and documentation accurately.\nRequirements\nWhat you need to bring to this role:\nMust Have\nAbility to work outdoors for extended periods and walk extensively across active construction sites.\nAbility to work safely on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.\nStrong reliability and punctuality - you show up when you say you will.\nA safety-first mindset and willingness to follow site HSE requirements.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow precise technical instructions.\nClear and proactive communication \nAbility to work independently while staying connected with the Project Team.\nAbility to travel independently to assigned construction sites in and around the Oslo area.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working on active construction, civil engineering, surveying or infrastructure sites.\nExperience with 360° cameras, reality capture, laser scanning or similar technical equipment.\nExperience working with structured technical procedures, inspection processes or documentation standards.\nPrevious experience in a field-based technical role.\nSafety, HSE & Site Requirements\nSafety is a fundamental requirement of this role. \nAs you will work on active construction sites, you must comply with applicable Norwegian HSE regulations and site safety procedures. \nBefore beginning site work, you will complete the required safety training and induction. -\nWhere an HMS/HSE card (HMS-kort) is required, the Employer will coordinate and cover the required card and onboarding process. \nAll required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided fully by the employer in accordance with Norwegian working environment legislation. \nWorking Hours & Scheduling\nWorking hours and schedules will comply with Chapter 10 of the Norwegian Working Environment Act (Arbeidsmiljøloven). \nThe role generally operates during daytime hours (e.g., 07:00-16:00). Work schedules will be communicated in advance in accordance with statutory notice periods.\nOvertime and rest periods will be managed and compensated in full compliance with mandatory Norwegian labor laws and the employment contract. \nCompensation\nCompetitive hourly rate set in accordance with applicable Norwegian statutory requirements. Specific wage details and pay range will be shared with candidates prior to the interview stage.\nTravel & Transportation\nPrimary work locations are construction sites in and around Oslo. \nWhere travel between site locations or travel outside standard public transit routes is required for work duties, travel expenses and/or mileage allowance (kjøregodtgjørelse) will be compensated in accordance with applicable rules and agreements. \nWhat We Offer\nHands-on experience with reality capture technology in major construction environments.
