You will work closely with various functional stakeholders in HR, Delivery Operations, Sales etc. to maintain accurate financial records and payroll outputs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a mission-driven organization.\nResponsibilities:\nBe responsible for:\nPayroll Processing: Full processing for UK and US entities, including EOR relationships (Deel.com, Rippling, HireArt etc.) used in the US, UK and Western Europe for non-core staffing (note - excluded field-based DCT Contractors not on payroll and CloudWorkers in the Philippines and Colombia paid via Rippling).\nJournal Management: Processing for Payroll (on Payfit) and monitoring the Rippling integration to ensure seamless sync of payroll journals.\nExpense Management: Processing UK and US employee expenses in NetSuite for reimbursement via payroll.\nBenefits & Compliance: Processing benefit invoices and managing payments for benefits, statutory deductions, and taxes.\nFinancial Reconciliation: Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts related to payroll.\nIn addition, to the responsibilities listed above, there will be some additional duties including:\nQuarterly VAT calculations,\nGroup VC Accrual calculations,\nFinance System Improvements, and\nSpecial Project Work at the direction of the Group Financial Controller.\nRequirements\nPrior experience of multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting for statutory entities in the US and UK;\nWorking knowledge of how Employer-of-Record ('EoR') relationships work for payroll, commission plans, benefits etc.\nFamiliarity with NetSuite General Ledger system\nSelf-starter able to conduct routine tasks for smooth running of payroll and accounting, whilst also being able to adopt a principles-based approach to solving non-routine problems and challenges when they arise.\nConfident working with a range of stakeholders including Directors & Officers of legal entities, senior management and other staff who are remote-based in different time-zones.\nBenefits\nGreat Mission and Culture\nMeaningful Work\nMarket competitive salary\nQuarterly variable compensation\nComprehensive medical cover \nGroup life insurance\nPersonal development and growth opportunities\nPeriodic team building and social events\nAt CloudFactory, we believe that work should be more than just a job, it should be a platform for growth, impact, and community.
