You will carry out routine maintenance, provide first-level support for communication and productivity tools, and contribute to disaster recovery and compliance activities, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on IT operations experience within a mission-driven, fast-scaling organization.\nResponsibilities:\nInfrastructure and network support\n\nCarry out routine maintenance of physical data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment\nMonitor environmental controls and network performance, escalating issues as needed\n\nDomain, DNS, and certificate management\n\nAssist in managing domain renewals and certificate lifecycle tasks\nPerform basic DNS record configurations (A, CNAME, MX) under supervision\n\nSaaS application support\n\nTest new features in SaaS applications against defined test cases\nProvide first-level support for communication and productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack), resolving common user issues\n\nDisaster recovery and business continuity\n\nAssist in executing disaster recovery runbooks and participate in scheduled DR tests\nEscalate DR-related alerts and issues as required\n\nGovernance and compliance\n\nFollow established procedures and security standards, applying good comprehension of conformance to corporate policies and information security requirements\n\nContinuous improvement\n\nContribute creative thinking and new approaches to completing tasks within own work assignments\n\nRequirements\nMust-have skills (required)\n\nTechnical knowledge: sound generic domain and specialist IT operations knowledge, typically gained from recognized bodies of knowledge, with an appreciation of the wider business context\nCommunication skills: sufficient for effective engagement with colleagues and customers, using appropriate methods, tools, and processes\nSecurity and compliance awareness: fully aware of organizational standards for security, privacy, and ethics, and applies appropriate working practices in own work\nProblem-solving: applies a methodical approach to routine and moderately complex issue definition and resolution across a variety of environments\nAutonomy: works under general direction, exercising discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues within own assignments, and knows when to escalate\nCollaboration: interacts with and influences colleagues, and has working-level contact with customers, suppliers, and partners\nContinuous improvement mindset: contributes creative thinking and looks for new or better ways to complete tasks\n\nAcademic and professional requirements\n\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n3-4 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration\n\nNice-to-have Skills (preferred)\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nIT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, or ITIL Foundation\nExposure to administering SaaS applications, such as Google Workspace or Slack\n\nBenefits\n\nGreat Mission and Culture\nMeaningful Work\nMarket competitive salary\nQuarterly variable compensation\nHybrid Working Model\nComprehensive medical cover \nGroup life insurance\nPersonal development and growth opportunities\n\nAt CloudFactory, we believe that work should be more than just a job—it should be a platform for growth, impact, and community.
