If you are passionate about modern technologies, large-scale data, and an environment where you can grow your skills and make an impact - this is the place for you.\nMore information: www.cloudferro.com\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting the preparation and verification of recurring financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Working Capital analyses.\nUpdating and developing procedures and policies within the finance and controlling area (including month-end closing processes, reporting, document workflows, and internal controls).\nDeveloping financial modelling processes, including liquidity management, financial risk management, and financing cost optimization (building models in Excel and Power BI).\nAnalyzing and explaining variances against budgets and forecasts, while preparing recommendations for the Management Board.\nParticipating in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.\nBuilding unit cost analyses and project profitability assessments.\nReconciling data between accounting and management reporting, ensuring consistency and quality of financial data, including working within the Webcon BPS system.\nAssessing financial aspects of contracts, including their impact on the Company's financial results and liquidity.\nParticipating in financial audits and preparing documentation for external auditors.\nTaking a proactive and analytical approach to reviewing financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.\nContributing to projects aimed at improving financial performance and overall organizational efficiency.\nCollaborating closely with the internal accounting team and business stakeholders across the Company.\nPreparing data, presentations, and analyses to support organizational decision-making.\nSounds interesting? Apply if you:\nHold a university degree in a relevant field (preferred: Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Data Analytics).\nHave at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, financial controlling, or financial reporting.\nPossess strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement), with the ability to reconcile them effectively.\nHave experience with working capital and cash flow analysis.\nDemonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel.\nHave strong experience using controlling and business intelligence tools for planning and data analysis, particularly Power BI.\nHave a very good command of English (B2/C1 level).\nAre self-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable in task execution.\nCan effectively collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.\nAre open to working in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week from our Warsaw office.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of IFRS and experience working with reporting under different accounting standards.\nFamiliarity with Optima ERP and Webcon BPS.\nExperience in designing or improving financial procedures and period-end closing processes.\nExperience working with external auditors or within an audit firm.\nExperience in management reporting within a rapidly growing organization.\nWhat we offer:\nA chance to join a
