This role is ideal for someone who combines strong expertise in payroll, HR administration and settlements with the ability to optimise processes and use technology to automate them.\nWe currently work with ERP Optima, PeopleForce (HRIS) and WEBCON. Our goal is to continue developing our HR and payroll environment, making it more transparent and user-friendly for CloudFerrians while increasing integration, automation and operational efficiency.\nPayroll | Automation | Process Improvement | ERP Optima\nWhat will you be responsible for?\nBringing payroll processing in-house and managing the transition from our external payroll provider.\nIndependently preparing accurate and timely payroll in ERP Optima for employees, individuals working under civil-law contracts and other forms of engagement.\nCoordinating and ensuring the accurate settlement of B2B contractors in cooperation with the Accounting team.\nVerifying payroll input data and ensuring the accuracy of all calculations and settlements.\nPreparing HR documentation, agreements with B2B contractors and other types of contracts.\nRecording and settling working time and administering the leave-management system.\nCooperating with the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), tax offices and other authorities on HR and payroll matters.\nPreparing payroll reports, analyses and cost summaries, as well as statutory declarations for ZUS, PFRON and tax authorities.\nIdentifying opportunities to automate and improve HR and payroll processes.\nCo-creating and developing an integrated HR and payroll ecosystem based on ERP Optima, PeopleForce, WEBCON and other automation solutions.\nMonitoring changes in employment law, payroll, taxation and social security regulations and implementing them across the organisation.\nContributing to HR and payroll procedures and providing day-to-day support to the Management Board, managers and CloudFerrians.\nWhat we are looking for\nSeveral years of hands-on experience independently managing payroll.\nStrong knowledge of employment law, payroll regulations, social security, personal income tax and the settlement of employment and civil-law contracts.\nPractical experience with ERP Optima.\nExperience in automating administrative, payroll or HR processes.\nExperience working with ZUS and tax authorities.\nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence using HR and payroll systems.\nA proactive approach to process improvement and a strong aptitude for technology.\nIndependence, accuracy and full ownership of your area of responsibility.\nAn open and collaborative communication style.\nA university degree.\nA professional working proficiency in English.\nNice to have\nExperience bringing payroll processes in-house from an external provider.\nParticipation in implementation
