This is a place for people who want to genuinely influence the shape of the European cloud.\nRole\nA key DevOps engineer in the PaaS Platform team, responsible for the operational maintenance and development of the platform. You will work on the Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, GitOps pipelines, CI/CD, and the operational stability of the platform. You will bridge the dev and ops worlds - ensuring that what the team builds is ready for deployment, observable, and easy to maintain. Your daily work directly impacts how fast we ship and how stable the platform is.\nYour responsibilities:\nKubernetes cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, scaling, decommissioning.\nImplementing and maintaining tools and solutions supporting platform operations.\nMaintaining and developing GitOps pipelines for the platform.\nCI/CD: build pipelines, integration test platform.\nImplementing deployment and rollback standards defined for the platform.\nParticipating in on-call rotation for critical platform incidents.\nRequirements:\nDevOps Engineer with practical experience operating production-grade Kubernetes infrastructure.\nExperience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) in production - maintaining and developing pipelines.\nStrong knowledge of Go or Python.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Kubernetes cluster upgrade paths - rolling upgrades, certificate rotation.\nExperience with Harbor, OpenBao, or similar tools.\nExperience designing GitOps pipelines for multi-tenant platforms.\nExperience building custom Kubernetes operators.\nExperience with full release management -
