You’ll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.\nZakres obowiązków\nDesigning and building service layers for applications using Python and FastAPI.\nDeveloping AI agents and agentic workflows, including those based on GitHub Agentic Workflows.\nBuilding durable, reliable workflow orchestration with Temporal.\nIntegrating AI agents with backend services, APIs, and external systems.\nDeploying and running solutions on Azure.\nEnsuring the performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend services.\nTranslating business requirements into well-structured technical tasks and delivering features end-to-end.\nConducting code reviews and contributing to documentation and best practices.\nExploring emerging AI technologies and proposing improvements to the solutions and architecture.\nWymagania\n3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with Python.\nProven experience building service layers in applications, with a good grasp of clean architecture and API design.\nHands-on experience with FastAPI.\nExperience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration tools.\nPractical experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, ideally with GitHub Agentic Workflows.\nExperience working with Azure.\nDrive and self-reliance: the ability to work independently and push things forward.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technical challenges.\nGenuine interest in emerging AI technologies.\nFluent English communication, able to collaborate effectively across international teams.\nNice to HaveUnderstanding of core LLM concepts, such as prompt and context engineering, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation.\nExperience building or operating MCP servers.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep).\nExperience with testing
