You'll own the day-to-day execution of our benefits, leave, wellness, rewards & recognition, and employee events programs, working closely with our VP of Employee Experience & Wellness. This role is for someone who spots gaps and fixes them without waiting to be asked, but also takes clear direction and runs with it. You'll have real ownership, room to bring in automation and AI tools, and a direct line to leadership when something's worth flagging.\nWhat You'll Own\nBenefits Administration\nAnalyze monthly medical and pharmacy claims for trends and cost-saving opportunities. \nAudit and reconcile monthly benefit invoices. \nResolve eligibility, enrollment, and carrier file feed issues. \nProcess qualifying life events and benefit changes. \nAdminister COBRA with our third-party vendors. \nHelp lead annual Open Enrollment. \nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 benefits support to employees. \nCompensation Support\nPrepare compensation documentation and Total Compensation Statements for promotions, transfers, and market adjustments. \nInitiate compensation workflows in our HRIS. \nLeave & Time Off\nManage leave programs end-to-end: FMLA, state leave, parental, disability, military, and other company-sponsored leave. \nBe the steady, go-to contact for employees navigating a leave. \nCoordinate with our third-party leave administrator and keep records audit-ready. \nRewards & Recognition\nRun our Service Award, Swag, Celebration, and Recognition programs. \nAdminister our Rewards & Recognition platform (AwardCo). \nEmployee Events\nHandle event logistics: vendor contracts, W-9s, certificates of insurance, supplies, and RSVPs. \nOwn event communications and vendor coordination. \nPartner with Facilities onsite; run virtual events independently. \nImproving How We Work\nPartner with stakeholders and vendors to keep programs running smoothly. \nImprove workflows and expand self-service with People Operations. \nBuild and maintain clear SOPs for the function. \nBring us your ideas - we want continuous improvement, not just maintenance. \nSpot risks and trends, and turn data into dashboards the VP can act on. \nUse Workday, Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and other approved tools to work smarter. \nBeing There for Employees\nRespond to employee questions quickly and warmly, with care for sensitive information. \nSolve problems with a customer-first mindset, and know when to loop in the right person. \nBuild genuine, trusted relationships across the company. \nWhat You Bring\nDon't need to check every box - if most of this fits, apply.\nYou spot clunky processes and fix or flag them without being asked. \nYou take clear direction and run with it. \nBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Health Promotion/Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience. \n5+ years in Employee Experience, HR, or Benefits Administration. \nExperience administering benefits and leave programs. \nStrong customer-service and relationship-building skills. \nSharp analytical, organizational, and communication skills. \nHRIS experience - Workday preferred. \nStrong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel. \nComfort using AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT to get more done. \nHow We'll Know You're Succeeding\nEmployees feel supported, and programs run accurately and on time. \nEmployee satisfaction trends upward. \nYou're finding smarter, more automated ways to run things. \nYou're a reliable partner in bringing the VP's priorities to life. \nThe salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 + benefits & perks\nPlease note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and location.
