You will combine consultative selling with deep understanding of emerging technologies to create value-driven solutions for enterprise clients.\nYour daily tasks will includeEnd-to-End Sales Ownership such as:\nLeading the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification and qualification to negotiation and deal closure\n\nDriving revenue growth across theCloudflightportfolio, including:\n\nConsulting Services (Strategy & Technology)\n\nWorkshops & Discovery Phases\n\nSoftware for Devices & Embedded Systems\n\nCloud Architecture (Design & Implementation)\n\nCustom Software Development (Web, Mobile, Cloud & Non-Cloud)\n\nData Platforms & Master Data Management\n\nAI/Machine Learning (Computer Vision, NLP, Big Data Analytics)\n\nBusiness Development & Pipeline Generation\nConducting targeted research based on the ideal customer profile (ICP)\n\nIdentifyingkey decision-makers and initiate outreach via multiple channels (calls, social media, events, email)\n\nConverting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities\n\nClient Engagement & Solution Selling\nUnderstanding client challenges in emerging technologies and translate them into tailored solutions\n\nDeveloping and delivering compelling, customer-specific pitch decks and value propositions\n\nActing as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey\n\nGrowing existing customers with targeted cross & upsell activities\n\nAccount management responsibilities for newly won or existing customers\n\nDeal Execution & Collaboration\nIndependently creating proposals and lead complex pursuit processes\n\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders (delivery, project management, leadership) as part of “winning teams”\n\nContributing to monthly revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting\n\nThe following will make you succeed in this role:\n5+ years of experience in enterprise solution or consultative sales\n\nProventrack recordof managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and delivering revenue targetsand strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments (internal & external) across both long and short sales cycles\n\nStrong manufacturing industryexpertisewith a proven c-level network in upper Austria and across Austria\n\nExperience in proposal development, presentations, and winning new business\n\nAbility tomaintainaccuratepipeline and forecast data (e.g., HubSpot or similar CRM tools)\n\nSolid understanding of emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, Software Engineering)\n\nAbility to translate technical challenges into business value\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills inGerman and English\n\nAustria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings.
