Instead of focusing on pitch decks and selling predefined services, we believe in understanding business challenges, connecting them with technological possibilities and creating solutions that deliver real value.\nWe're looking for a Senior Client Partner with a strong focus on Manufacturing & Industrials who thinks like a consultant, understands technology, brings strategic perspective and acts as a trusted business partner to enterprise clients in the industrial sector.\nIf you thrive at the intersection of business, technology and strategic client partnerships, and understand how digital transformation can drive innovation, operational efficiency and new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial organizations, this could be the role for you.\nYour Responsibilities\nAdvise & develop: Understand the strategic and operational challenges of manufacturing and industrial organizations, identify business opportunities and translate them into impactful technology solutions\nBuild strategic partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with enterprise clients across Manufacturing & Industrials, engage with senior decision-makers and position Cloudflight as a strategic partner for their digital transformation\nDrive new business: Identify and develop new client relationships within the manufacturing and industrial markets, lead commercial negotiations and take ownership of the sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure\nConnect business & technology: Work closely with our consulting, engineering and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions across custom software, cloud, data, AI/ML and embedded software, addressing challenges such as connected products, industrial digitalization, data-driven operations and intelligent automation\nGrow & create value: Develop client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our footprint within manufacturing and industrial organizations and contribute to sustainable revenue growth\nShape the future: Help build our Client Partner team and strengthen Cloudflight’s position in the Manufacturing & Industrials market by leading complex pursuits collaboratively and connecting client needs with our expertise in strategy, technology, software engineering, cloud, data and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes\nWhat Will Make You Successful in This Role\nSolid experience in enterprise sales, business development, technology consulting or a comparable client-facing role\nRelevant experience in Manufacturing & Industrials, with an understanding of industrial business models, market dynamics and digital transformation challenges\nA consultative mindset and the ability to understand complex business and operational challenges and turn them into actionable technology solutions\nA good understanding of technology and digital transformation, including cloud, software engineering, data and AI, and how these capabilities can create business value for industrial organizations\nStrong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build senior-level relationships, develop new business opportunities and close complex deals\nAn entrepreneurial attitude, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change\nExcellent communication skills in German and English\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
