Responsibilities\nProject Planning\nReview project proposals to ensure in-scope and out-of-scope items, effort and cost estimation, deliverables, assumptions, and the proposed architecture are clearly defined.\n\nAnalyze project requirements and prepare or update project timelines, delivery methodology, RACI, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nEnsure use cases and test cases are clearly defined before the project is onboarded to the delivery team.\n\nPrepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) before implementation and review it with the Technical Lead.\n\nEstablish timelines and milestones and plan delivery within the approved budget.\n\nTechnical Project Management\nDevelop a sound understanding of the technical deliverables and work closely with Architects and Technical Leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\n\nRegularly review the technical solution and implementation progress with the Technical Lead to ensure planned activities are completed within the agreed timeline.\n\nTrack project scope, schedule, effort, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per agreed scope.\n\nAssess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.\n\nIdentify project blockers and follow the defined escalation hierarchy for timely resolution.\n\nDelivery Across Project Types\nMigration and cloud projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure projects, tracking cloud-specific activities, technical dependencies, risks, and milestones with Architects and Technical Leads.\n\nNon-migration technical projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of AI PoC implementations, AI assessments, and similar engagements, ensuring requirements, use cases, test cases, technical deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and aligned with the approved solution.\n\nCoordinate with the technical teams responsible for moving applications between Development, Test, Integration, and Production environments.\n\nManage change requests across cloud migration activities and track all associated events to maximize system availability and avoid errors.\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate and conduct regular daily stand-ups and customer meetings, and maintain meeting minutes, action items, expectations, and discussion points.\n\nPrepare and share weekly project status reports covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and next steps.\n\nMaintain effective communication and coordination between customers, Sales, Architects, Technical Leads, Engineers, and other stakeholders.\n\nKeep clients, executives, and external partners engaged throughout the project lifecycle to sustain involvement and satisfaction.\n\nProject Governance & Documentation\nMaintain key project documentation, including WBS, RACI, risk and issue registers, meeting minutes, status reports, decision and action trackers, and project closure documents.\n\nEnsure project activities and deliverables remain aligned with the approved scope, timeline, effort, and customer expectations.\n\nDrive project closure activities and ensure required deliverables, customer confirmation or sign-off, and closure documentation are completed.\n\nEffort & Commercial Management\nReview team timesheets and effort utilization against approved project estimates, and maintain in line with agreed effort hours.\n\nTrack project consumption and proactively highlight any effort or budget deviations.\n\nObtain the final project consumption from the customer and coordinate with the Sales team for invoicing and partner-center billing.\n\nTeam Leadership & Reporting\nProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.\n\nDrive difficult conversations with both customers and team members when a project needs to be brought back on track.\n\nGenerate weekly and monthly reports aligned with the relevant metrics for each type of project - for example, resource utilization, technical evaluation of team members, and customer success data points.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience & Technical Background\n43+ years of relevant experience in a development or engineering environment across Cloud migrations, DevOps, AI or SRE.\n\nHands-on ownership of end-to-end delivery of platforms and products built on a modern technology stack (microservices, cloud, DevOps).\n\nKnowledge of cloud concepts, DevOps and AI principles and practices.\n\nProficiency in Agile methodologies, applied to project management in cloud, DevOps and AI environments.\n\nBasic understanding of automation and scripting, security best practices, and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nCore Skills & Attributes\nStrong leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams towards project success.\n\nExcellent communication skills to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and clients, supported by effective listening and negotiation skills.\n\nHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze alternatives, and implement appropriate solutions promptly.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and capable of adjusting plans and strategies as needed.\n\nAbility to maintain composure, stay focused, and handle pressure while keeping the project on track.\n\nLicense / Certification\nAt least one of PSM, PMP, CSM, or a certification in any Agile project management methodology.
