You’ll lead core accounting and reporting processes, work closely with stakeholders across the organization and around the world, and help ensure our financial operations remain accurate, efficient, and scalable.\nWe’re looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a practical, collaborative mindset - someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving the way things are done, and using technology and AI to make financial processes smarter and more efficient.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and oversee global accounting operations across Cloudinary’s group entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and applicable local accounting requirements.\n\nLead the monthly financial close process across all group entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.\n\nLead the preparation ofannual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.\n\nOwn and coordinate theannual external audit processes, working closely with our external auditors and internal stakeholders.\n\nOwn and coordinate annual tax filings for domestic entities and work with local accounting and tax firms supporting our international subsidiaries.\n\nPartner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.\n\nLeverage AI and automation tools to streamline accounting, analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial workflows.\n\nWork hands-on with our ERP and financial systems, including NetSuite, to support accurate and scalable accounting operations.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCPA with a Big 4 background and experience working with technology/high-tech companies.\n\nProven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role within a global organization.\n\nStrong hands-on experience managing accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.\n\nExperience leading consolidation and financial statement preparation in a global environment.\n\nStrong technical accounting expertise and in-depth knowledge of US GAAP.\n\nA technology-oriented mindset, with experience using AI tools to improve accounting, analysis, reporting, or other financial workflows.\n\nHands-on experience with NetSuite ERP -
