interactive dashboards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.\nCreate and optimize complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.\nDevelop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integrations.\nWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.\nOptimize Power BI performance, data refresh schedules, and report usability.\nImplement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.\nIntegrate Power BI with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.\nMentor junior developers and support BI platform governance.\nTroubleshoot reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.\nRequired Skills\n10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.\n8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.\nStrong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), Data Modeling, and SQL.\nExperience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, or Data Factory.\nStrong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.\nExperience in dashboard design, performance tuning, and report optimization.\nKnowledge of Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric.\nAzure certifications and/or Power BI certifications.\nKnowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.\nExperience working in Agile environments.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
