We're looking for proactive individuals with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.\nJob Responsibilities:\nWork with Talent Acquisition team, involving in the End-to-End recruitment Process.\nAssist in recruitment and recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins in the organization.\nCo-ordinate with colleges for the trainee hiring.\nSchedule online test for the candidates.\nMaintaining regular communication with colleges, providing status updates to the colleges on recruitment activities.\nCollaborate with internal management team to onboard the right talent and help build an efficient team\nHandling job posting, Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates for the trainee hiring.\nScheduling interviews and taking feedbacks\nCommunicate with colleges to brief them on the status of the recruitment process.\nManage the overall interview, selection and closing process.\nSend status report to the management.\nFacilitate the offer process.
