You will write clean, secure and well-tested code, lead by example on standards, and guide junior developers.\nYou will work in agile teams alongside architects, business analysts, QA and client product owners, often presenting solutions directly to client stakeholders.\nKey responsibilities\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs, choosing the right mix of declarative tools, Apex and LWC.\nBuild and maintain Apex classes, triggers (using a trigger framework), batch, queueable and scheduled jobs, and Lightning Web Components.\nDesign and build integrations with core banking, credit bureau, payment and document systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Named Credentials.\nBuild and extend Experience Cloud portals for customers, brokers and partners, including sharing, guest user security and performance.\nWrite bulk-safe, governor-limit-aware code with meaningful unit tests (minimum 85% coverage with real assertions).\nFollow and enforce CK coding standards, exception handling, Flow, LWC and security standards through peer code reviews.\nOwn deployments through source control and CI/CD pipelines across sandboxes and production.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes.\nMentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to estimates, sprint planning and technical documentation.\nEngage directly with client teams in workshops, demos and stand-ups.\nMust-have skills and experience\n3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development on Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.\nStrong Apex: triggers, asynchronous Apex, design patterns, exception handling and test classes.\nStrong SOQL and SOSL, including query optimisation, selectivity and large data volume considerations.\nLightning Web Components and JavaScript (ES6+), with working knowledge of Aura.\nHands-on Experience Cloud (Communities) development: site setup, LWC on Experience Builder, sharing sets, guest user access.\nSalesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules, Apex managed sharing, CRUD/FLS and with/without sharing.\nRecord-triggered and screen Flows, and judgement on when to use Flow versus Apex.\nAPI integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and authentication (OAuth, Named Credentials).\nSalesforce DX, Git and at least one CI/CD tool such as Copado, Gearset or GitHub Actions.\nGood Communication Skills.\nWhat we offer\nWork on live, business-critical Salesforce platforms for regulated banks and lenders.\nDirect client exposure and a clear path to Technical Lead and Architect roles.\nSponsored structured learning through CK leadership training programmes.\nCompetitive salary and group health insurance.\nA collaborative, engineering-led team in Kolkata.\nRole:CRM Architect\nIndustry Type:IT Services & Consulting\nDepartment:Engineering -
