The role will involve designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional Agile teams.\n\nWe welcome professionals returning to the workforce after a career break or parental leave and support them in their transition back into a corporate environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.\n\n- Develop and maintain custom objects, Apex triggers, validation rules, automation, and other Salesforce configurations.\n\n- Build reusable and scalable Salesforce components aligned with platform best practices.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications and enterprise systems.\n\n- Analyze and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Support enhancement and customization requirements across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\n- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture where required.\n\n- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and support for Salesforce applications.\n\n- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.\n\n- Support Salesforce releases and deployments using appropriate deployment tools and metadata management practices.\n\n- Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver sprint commitments and planned enhancements.\n\n- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Collaborate with QA, Salesforce Administrators, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure solution quality and timely delivery.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis and resolution.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation covering customizations, integrations, deployments, and solution changes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 6 - 10 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.\n\n- Mandatory experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\n- Experience with custom objects, Apex triggers, validation rules, automation, and Salesforce configuration.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, governor limits, and development best practices.\n\n- Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations using APIs and integration technologies.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and metadata-based deployment processes.\n\n- Good understanding of the Salesforce SDLC, environment management, testing, and release practices.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile project-management tools.\n\n- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration skills.\nSkills\nSalesforce, Apex, Salesforce LWC, SOQL/SOSL, SFDC Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud","description_format":"text","description_chars":3244,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Parental leave"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T14:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-28T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudlabs-inc-salesforce-developer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudlabs-inc-salesforce-developer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-29T04:05:27Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3843,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1157,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-30T00:00:00Z"}}}
