Type : Full-time.\n\nAbout the Role :\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical solutions.\n\nYou will work closely with stakeholders, lead solution design, guide implementation, and mentor team members - ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and user stories.\n\n- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.\n\n- Work hands-on with customization (flows, validation rules, process automation, reports, permissions, etc.).\n\n- Collaborate with developers on Apex, integrations, APIs, and data migrations.\n\n- Conduct impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\n- Lead demos, UAT support, documentation, and end-user training.\n\n- Mentor and support junior team members; promote best practices and code/config standards.\n\n- Ensure governance, security, and alignment with Salesforce platform limits and release updates.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications :\n\n- 4 - 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.\n\n- Strong techno-functional background - comfortable with both business processes and technical solutioning.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\n- If you have worked with Data Enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, it will be a plus.\n\n- Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and converting them into scalable designs.\n\n- Good understanding of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).\n\n- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and basic Apex/Lightning concepts.\n\n- Experience mentoring or leading small teams or workstreams.\n\n- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nNice to Have :\n\n- Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.\n\n- Experience with DevOps (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.).\n\n- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery
