Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nMinimum of two end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementation projects in enterprise environments.\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.\nExtensive experience developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.\nStrong JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide API, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS skills.\nExperience building custom applications and scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies.\nStrong understanding of platform governance, security, and ServiceNow development best practices.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills supporting cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience implementing employee-facing request management, approval workflows, and lifecycle processes within ITSM.\nStrong understanding of Service Catalog development, Record Producers, Catalog Items, and fulfillment workflows.\nExperience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine capabilities.\nExperience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics within ServiceNow.\nFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise service management practices.\nWorking knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is desirable but not required, enabling flexibility to support multiple product teams when needed.\nExperience troubleshooting platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow DevOps, Source Control, Update Sets, and release management processes.\nAbility to create technical design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation documentation.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments with global stakeholders.\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or Application Developer certification are preferred but not
