Ifyouthriveonproblem-solving,makinganimpact,andturningyourexpertiseintoexceptionalservice,thisroleofferstheopportunitytotrulyshine.\nPlease submit your English CV\nMain responsibilities\nManage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submit the payroll figures monthly.\n\nEnsure payroll complies with French legislation and statutory requirements.\n\nAbility to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll.\n\nResearch discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.\n\nValidate payroll outputs\n\nMaintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.\n\nAnalyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.\n\nPrepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform\n\nCollaborate with the Implementation team to ensure that the handover of new payrolls is transferred to the In-House team successfully\n\nExperience needed for this role\nEnglish and French speaking are essential.
