Working as part of a cross-functional project team, the role is focused on ensuring payment services are implemented efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.\nMain responsibilities\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring Payment Services are set up for all payrolls and ready for go-live.\nWork closely with Project Managers, internal colleagues, external providers, and customers to ensure all implementation tasks are completed in line with the agreed project plan.\nAttend and lead project meetings (internal and external) as required.\nMaintain and update project records and implementation documentation accurately and in a timely manner.\nClearly define the standard scope of services with Customers, identify any out-of-scope requirements, and escalate where necessary.\nEstablish and validate employee bank details, ensuring all configurations are completed and tested successfully.\nObtain statutory and third-party payment requirements from Customers and ensure all configurations are completed within agreed timelines.\nCreate annual calendars to ensure all payments are executed accurately and on time.\nFacilitate a smooth and effective handover of Customers to the Payments Operations team.\nThis role follows hybrid work arrangement with 1x/week RTO in Makati.
