Please Submit your English CV\nMain responsibilities\nManage the full project lifecycle for client implementations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.\n\nFacilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, payroll specialists, and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.\n\nIdentify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to senior management.\n\nEnsure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards.\n\nProvide regular and accurate project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nConduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.\n\nPotentially manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.\n\nExperience needed for this role\nProven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within software implementation, ideally in the HR, payroll, or financial technology sectors.\n\nDemonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Professional English Level Requiered\n\nSolid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.\n\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExperience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.\n\nDegree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
