In this role, you will lead a team of approximately six payroll professionals responsible for processing German payrolls through CloudPay’s platform and local third-party systems.\nYour focus will include monitoring team performance, conducting payroll reviews, handling escalations, and ensuring continuous development of both team members and payroll processes.\nIn addition to supervisory duties, you will manage at least one German payroll yourself and support the team during peak activity or staff absence.
