HR duties and administrative tasks include supporting daily business operations such as bi-weekly payroll, human resources activities, benefits administration, recruiting, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a growing company with a top-notch work culture and professional environment.\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nAdminister HR functions within the HRIS system, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and compliance\nCoordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers\nPerform benefits administration to include open enrollment, communication of benefit information to employees, and verifying eligibility\nOrganize and manage employee records, maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs\nCoordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees \nWork with third parties on policy formulation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements\nAssist with salary administration and explaining benefit programs\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field\n2 years of experience in a Human Resources role\nKnowledge of HR practices and employment laws\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working with the Rippling HRIS platform\nTask-oriented, detailed, and well-organized\nWork Context:\nFrequent work operating a computer in an office (or home office) setting \nFrequently sedentary with occasional lifting of lightweight items < 30lbs\nFrequently communicates with coworkers and must be able to clearly exchange accurate information in these
