The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.\n\n- Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application and infrastructure deployments.\n\n- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.\n\n- Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot performance, availability, and reliability issues.\n\n- Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM, VPC, security groups, encryption, and access controls.\n\n- Work with development and DevOps teams to improve application deployment and cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability across cloud environments.\n\n- Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\n\n- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure improvements.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).\n\n- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.\n\n- Good experience with Docker and containerized applications.\n\n- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, ELB/ALB.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.\n\n- Experience with Git and version control systems.\n\n- Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, routing, and firewalls.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with AWS EKS and production Kubernetes environments.\n\n- Knowledge of Helm, ArgoCD, or other Kubernetes deployment tools.\n\n- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.\n\n- Knowledge of Ansible or other configuration management tools.\n\n- Understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.\n\n- Experience with Python or Bash scripting.\n\n- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator would be an advantage.\n\nSkills\nAWS, IAC Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Python, Shell Scripting, Cloud Services, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD Pipeline, DevOps","description_format":"text","description_chars":2938,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T22:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":23,"reasons":["seen:2","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-28T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudraptor-cloud-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cloudraptor-cloud-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-29T04:38:41Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4399,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":601,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-30T00:00:00Z"}}}
