We are looking for a Data Engineer who will focus on delivering Azure-based data platforms, including data warehouses (DWH), ETL pipelines, and processing frameworks.
As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and analysts to ensure data solutions align with business goals and IT architecture. With experience, the role will expand to include advanced architecture design and leadership in complex data projects.
Zakres obowiązków
- Leading the design and delivery of advanced data solutions, including architecture and implementation.
- Creating scalable, secure data platforms integrated into enterprise IT architecture.
- Mentoring and guide junior and mid-level data engineers, conducting reviews and sharing best practices.
- Implementing advanced ETL pipelines and oversee the integration of data sources.
- Working closely with stakeholders to define long-term data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve data processes.
Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in advanced solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure tools (ADF, Synapse, Databricks) and data warehouse architecture.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale data engineering projects.
- Advanced data modeling and optimization skills.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Ownership and proactive, client-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Polish, with excellent communication skills.
