The org has a mature, highly customized data model that needs a dedicated owner for ongoing administration, automation, and integration work.\nThis hire will own Salesforce configuration and development end-to-end: building Flow-based automation for the Sales-to-Implementation handoff, standing up Salesforce integrations with external systems (with more planned over time), and managing the org's security model and deployment pipeline as CloudSEK scales its use of the platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and extend the existing Salesforce org: custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types\nDesign and build automation in Flow Builder for the Sales → POC → Handoff → Implementation process, including stage-gate validation rules\nBuild and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems, including field mapping, deduplication logic, and sync triggers\nOwn the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, designed on least-privilege, not blanket System Administrator grants\nManage the sandbox-to-production deployment pipeline using Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, or Change Sets\nBuild and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership visibility\nPartner with RevOps, Sales, CS, and Implementation teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, governed Salesforce solutions\nMaintain documentation of the org's data model, automations, and integrations\nMonitor API usage against governor limits and daily call limits, especially for bulk data operations\nConfigure and maintain Salesforce CPQ (quoting, pricing, and approval workflows)\nDesign and build custom user interfaces with Lightning Web Components when declarative tools (Flow, page layouts) aren't sufficient\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on Salesforce development/administration experience on Sales Cloud (3-5 years)\nStrong working knowledge of Apex, Flow Builder, CPQ, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)\nExperience with Salesforce Metadata API and Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx) for sandbox-to-production deployment\nExperience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST API and Bulk API 2.0\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, org-wide defaults, sharing rules\nExperience building reports and dashboards for sales/customer-success use cases\nComfortable working directly with business stakeholders (Sales, CS, RevOps) to scope and validate requirements\nComfortable using version control (Git) for tracking Salesforce metadata and configuration changes\nAble to write and maintain Apex test classes for any custom code (not just declarative automation)\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I/II\nExperience integrating Salesforce with a range of external SaaS platforms and cloud services, not limited to any single vendor( Jira, Hubspot, AWS, Azure, Git , KnowledgeBase)\nExperience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/threat-intelligence company\nExperience working in a company with active ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance programs, and building configuration with audit-trail and least-privilege requirements in mind\nExperience with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench) for bulk data operations\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery workflows\nBenefits of Joining CloudSEK\nWe provide an environment where you can develop and enhance your skills while delivering meaningful work that matters.
