In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and deeply informed by both user needs and business needs.\nYou’ll also contribute to the team’s culture and growth by mentoring junior designers, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and presenting your work to leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end design for complex product features, from understanding the problem to designing, testing, and refining solutions.\nComprehend business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to shape what we build and why we build it.\nCreate wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups that solve real problems and align with product strategy.\nUse research insights, usage data, and feedback loops to iterate designs quickly.\nCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, feasibility, and alignment across teams.\nPresent and advocate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and executives with clarity, rationale, and user-centered focus.\nContribute to user research and usability testing.\nContribute to the design system to ensure UI consistency and maintain the product’s visual and interaction language across modules.\nMentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback, support design reviews, and help uplift craft and processes.\nKeep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our product and design process.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in product design for digital applications. B2B or SaaS experience is preferred.\nA strong portfolio showcasing your design process, systems thinking, and ability to craft real product experiences that ship.\nDeep expertise in Figma: components, auto layout, prototyping, handoff, and collaboration features.\nHands-on vibe-coding experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, v0), and a track record of using it to build and maintain design systems and live prototypes.\nProven experience creating and maintaining a design system, not just consuming one.\nExperience building live prototypes in code, not only click-through prototypes in Figma.\nStrong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and layout.\nExcellent communication skills.
