Recruitment to improve fill rates and time-to-fill.\n\nBuild strong relationships with client operational and HR contacts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nResolve client issues promptly and escalate risks when appropriate.\n\nConduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations that improve client outcomes.\n\nSupport staff engagement through regular check-ins, retention conversations, and career development discussions.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, Marketing, Product, and HR to deliver seamless client service.\n\nCapture client feedback and market insights to improve services, processes, and customer experience.\n\nMaintain accurate account plans, CRM updates, and activity records.\n\nSuccess Measures (KPIs)\nPortfolio growth\n\nCustomer satisfaction (NPS and client feedback)\n\nRevenue retention and organic growth\n\nCRM compliance and client engagement cadence\n\nStaff retention and engagement\n\nQualifications\nQualifications & Experience\n3-5+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or BPO client services.\n\nExperience managing multiple client accounts.\n\nStrong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nCommercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\n\nPerks and
