This role focuses on accurate transaction processing, routine reconciliations, and maintaining financial records across multiple accounting systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounts Payable\nDaily\nOnboard new vendors in AP platform (Tipalti).\nCode vendor invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and route for approval.\nMonitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.\nMonthly\nReconcile Tipalti activity to NetSuite and identify discrepancies.\nCode and submit corporate credit card expenses through SAP Concur.\nRevenue Posting & Cash Application\nDaily\nPost daily revenue journal imports into the accounting system.\nMatch incoming cash receipts to outstanding AR invoices.\nIdentify and investigate routine discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues as needed.\nQualifications\nQualifications\n1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related finance experience preferred.\nBasic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.\nFamiliarity with accounting software; experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, SAP Concur, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to follow established procedures and work independently on routine tasks.\nPerks and benefits\nHMO Coverage\nAnnual Performance Review with Salary Increase\nBecome part of the Employee Share Units program\nCloudstaff Dream Points -
