document/data extraction, agentic compliance evaluation, RAG pipelines, and confidence scoring \nOwn the AI feature lifecycle: prototyping, evaluation design, prompt/agent iteration, and production deployment \nBuild and maintain evals to measure and improve model accuracy over time \nWrite backend services (Python/FastAPI or similar) that integrate AI outputs into illumend's product \nWork with document processing and OCR pipelines to extract structured data from insurance documents (COIs, endorsements, policies) \nCollaborate closely with product and engineering to translate compliance requirements into robust technical solutions \nWrite clear technical documentation and participate in code review \nContribute to architecture decisions as illumend's AI systems scale \nQualifications\nQualifications and requirements:\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHands-on production experience building LLM/GenAI systems -
