Assistant Accounting Manager | Hybrid

We are currently on the lookout for a new Assistant Accounting Manager to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere!

• Review associates’ work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Provide feedback and training to improve team effectiveness
• Ensure all project files, documents, and sign-offsare complete
• Communicate analysis findings and insights on reported numbers
• Recommend best practices for classification and supporting documentation
• Monitor transactional documentation sufficiency and adherence to standards
• Handle complex projects independently with minimal guidance
• Prepare metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for client reporting
• Support Healthcare sector

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA certification required
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting or controller role
• Experience in financial statement preparation and complex accounting reviews
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for small to mid-size businesses
• Prior supervisory, training, and business management experience preferred
• Proficient with accounting tools, software, and technology systems
