# Billing Operations Manager | WFO

Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles/Cebu/Makati/Ortigas/Bacolod We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented Billing Operations Manager with deep, hands-on experience in Orb, Stripe, metering infrastructure, and usage-based / consumption-based billing models. This individual will own the end-to-end billing lifecycle, from usageevent ingestion and metering validation through invoice generation, reconciliation, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate has worked in a high-growth SaaS, API-first, AI infrastructure, or cloud consumption business and understands the operational complexity of billing customers based on actual product usage. This is a hands-on execution role, not simply a traditional accountsreceivable or invoicing position. We need someone who understands how billing systems work technically and can partner closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Key Responsibilities 1.
