Responsibility may sit in IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Operations, Facilities, Finance, EHS, or Data Center Operations.\nIdentify multiple stakeholders per account and verify each across multiple sources: name, title, business email, direct/mobile and desk phone, department, and background.\nDocument why each person was identified as a decisionmakeror influencer.\nOwn the team’s shared contact database in Pipedriveto include customization and Mgt. Keep records clean, deduplicated, current, and consistently formatted.Customize reports and other related tasks\nDeliver organized, verified lead lists and account intelligence to the rest of the team on request and on a regular schedule.\nBusiness Development (50%)\nOutreach & Discovery\nProspect by phone, email, LinkedIn, and Zoom,Apollo, usingyour account research to tailor every approach.\nLearn each prospect’s current disposition process and vendors, EOL equipment volumes, excess inventory handling, sustainability and data security requirements, and upcoming RFPs or projects.\nClearly communicate our capabilities and value proposition to senior decisionmakers.\nPipeline & Closing\nSchedule and lead discovery meetings andrun disciplined follow-up through long sales cycles.\nPrepare proposals and presentations, support pricing discussions, and drive opportunities to close.\nMaintain accurate records in Pipedrive and hit defined activity, meeting, pipeline, and revenue goals.\nQualifications\nCritical\nExcellent written and verbal communication - fluent, professional English with U.S. executives by phone, email, and video.\nHighly responsive - prompt, attentive replies to email and text messages throughout the workday.\nStrong work ethic - persistent, organized, and self-directed.\nPacific Time hours - must work full U.S. Pacific Time business hours (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, Mon-Fri). \nExperience\n5+ years in business development, B2B or enterprise sales, or a similar client-facing role.\n5+ years in data mining and lead research managementfor the Team.\nProven track record in outbound prospecting and engaging senior decisionmakersat U.S. companies.\nStrong discovery and consultative selling skills; able to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.\nPreferred: experience in ITAD, e-recycling, asset recovery, or reverse logistics.\nSoftware & Tools -
