Role Overview
This is not a typical administrative booking role. As a Crew Logistics & Care Specialist, you are the silent partner in aviation safety and excellence. You will manage the complex travel arrangements for flight crews from some of the world’s most prestigious airlines.
Your mission is to ensure that every pilot and cabin crew member has a seamless, restorative experience from the moment they touchdown to the moment they take off. You understand that a missed transfer or a poorly placed hotel room isn't just an inconvenience-it impacts the rest, morale, and performance of the people responsible for thousands of lives daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including high-standard hotel accommodations and reliable ground transportation for international flight crews.
- The "Quality of Rest" Audit: Go beyond the booking. Ensure every room meets specific "crew-ready" standards-prioritizing blackout curtains, quiet zones, and optimal climate control to guarantee restorative sleep across different time zones.
- Proactive Flight Following: Monitor flight schedules in real-time to adjust bookings and transfers instantly in response to delays, diversions, or cancellations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners and transport providers, holding them accountable to the high service-level agreements required by our airline partners.
- Duty of Care: Serve as a dedicated support line for crews on the ground, resolving any issues with empathy and urgency to ensure they feel supported and "at home" regardless of where they are in the world.
Who You Are
- Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small things that others miss. You understand that 5 minutes can be the difference between a crew making their legal rest requirements or not.
- Empathy-Driven: You don’t just see a "booking ID"; you see a tired professional who needs a quiet room. You genuinely care about the well-being of the staff you support.
- Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure. When a flight is diverted at 2:00 AM, you are the steady hand that reorganizes the logistics without breaking a sweat.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess a high level of English proficiency, capable of coordinating with global vendors and professional flight crews with clarity and warmth.
