Experience recruiting for engineering, design, supply chain, technical, and executive-level roles is highly preferred. You’ll partner closely with our Sales, Account Development, and Recruiting teams to source and engage talent for client-specific contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying candidates, negotiating offers, and coordinating successful starts.\n\nRecruit engineering, design, supply chain, technical, and executive-level professionals for Fortune 1000 and OEM clients.\n\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies to identify local talent across multiple geographic markets.\n\nBuild candidate pipelines through recruiting tools, job boards, referrals, networking, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.\n\nDevelop relationships with active and passive candidates, providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.\n\nPartner with Sales, Account Development, and Recruiting leadership to understand client requirements, prioritize searches, and present qualified candidates.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in TEC Group’s Applicant Tracking System &#40ATS).\n\nStay connected with consultants throughout their assignments to support engagement and retention.\n\nStay informed about client needs, industry trends, and talent availability.\n\nMeet established recruiting goals and KPIs while maintaining quality and responsiveness.\n\nWhat Makes You Successful\nRelationship-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nResourceful and proactive in finding and engaging qualified talent.\n\nCompetitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.\n\nOrganized and able to manage multiple searches and competing deadlines.\n\nComfortable recruiting across different industries and geographic markets.\n\nCollaborative, professional, and committed to integrity.\n\nAdaptable and eager to learn new recruiting tools and techniques.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\nSix or more years of engineering recruitment experience, with a strong background in U.S. recruitment.\n\nDirect experience recruiting for U.S. automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or adjacent industries is required. General corporate recruiting experience alone does not meet this requirement.\n\nProven success recruiting for engineering and professional positions, including engineering, design, supply chain, and executive-level roles.\n\nExperience supporting clients within automation, energy, and/or advanced manufacturing is a plus.\n\nStrong ability to source and engage candidates for client-specific openings across multiple geographic markets.\n\nExperience filling contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct placement positions.\n\nStrong sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills.\n\nProficiency with job boards, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.\n\nPerks and benefits\nBecome part of the Employee Share Units program\nCloudstaff Dream Points -
