This is a hands-on role, best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can ensure that all filings, records, and reporting are completed on time and done right.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee day-to-day finance operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly closes, reporting.\n\nManage U.S. tax compliance and regulatory filings; maintainfiling calendars to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nWork with external accountants, auditors, and advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.\n\nMaintain Delaware corporate records, filings, and franchise tax requirements.\n\nOversee light administration of U.K. entity and offshore foundation (minimal activity).\n\nImplement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.\n\nQualifications\nCandidate Profile\nStrong background in accounting, audit, or financial control.\n\nSolid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and filings.\n\nTech-savvy and comfortable with financial systems/tools.\n\nStartup/scale-up experience preferred;
