Experience in Healthcare IT will be considered a strong advantage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.\nCreate and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and project management to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.\nConduct process analysis and propose optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.\nAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.\nParticipate in sprint planning, review meetings, and UAT sessions.\nCreate mockups, workflows, and wireframes as needed to support requirement clarity.\nSupport in change management processes and impact analysis.\nEnsure solutions comply with regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.\nQualifications\ndiv:has([data-free-thinking-preview-answer=true])+:is(.text-message,.relative:has(>.text-message))]:-mt-2 grow\">\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.\n2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare IT domain.\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.\nHands-on experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) platforms.\nExposure to regulatory standards like HIPAA, HL7, or other healthcare compliance requirements.\nCertification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) is a plus.\nPerks and benefits\nBecome part of the Employee Share Units program\nCloudstaff Dream Points -
