The Litigation Evaluation Paralegal is responsible for reviewing and collecting relevant case facts and documents to evaluate the strength of FEHA and W&H claims. The role of the Litigation Evaluation Paralegal includes gathering relevant facts, clarifying legal claims, and providing a complete and organized summary of the case that will help the Litigation Evaluation Supervisor determine whether a matter should proceed to in-house litigation. Additionally, the Litigation Evaluation Paralegal will be responsible for drafting complaints on matters that do get escalated to litigation. This includes comprehensively and efficiently organizing the facts of the case in a standard complaint document. Finally, the Litigation Evaluation Paralegal will communicate with a client to review and obtain a signature on the Litigation Retainer.\nKey Responsibilities\nLitigation Evaluation Paralegals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex employment fact patterns independently.
