implement checklists and controls for compliance. \nBuild and maintain Google Apps Script automations across Workspace applications. \nDeliver reports with trends, risks, recommendations, and improvement initiative updates. \nPrepare leadership pre-reads, decision memos, and action trackers. \nQualifications\n5+ years in operations, business analysis, process improvement, or quality roles. \nStrong analytical and multi-domain problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis. \nProven ability to design KPI frameworks from scratch. \nDemonstrated experience creating SOPs and clear process maps. \nExperience driving process adoption, training, audits, and compliance. \nProficient in Google Apps Script;
